The Kelowna Chamber and program sponsor BDO are thrilled to recognize and celebrate the 2026 Top 40 Under 40. In their personal and professional lives, these are some of the exceptional people who continue to build and strengthen our diverse community.
We use independent judges to ensure all nominees are evaluated professionally, equally, and without bias. The Judges are members of the community who bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, and inspiration from various industries that leave a significant impact on the development of our future and this program.
- Nominees are evaluated through an online application process administered by the Kelowna Chamber (via Awardify platform).
- Only Judges and Chamber staff have access to the nominations, as per the Chamber's privacy policy.
- Completed application forms are reviewed by a judging committee individually and scored on 5 different categories. Judges review and rate nominees on that criteria, at which time Honourees are then confirmed.
- Judging committee members declare any conflict of interest regarding nominees.
