Criteria and Requirements: If a nominee has been previously honoured in this program, they are not eligible to be recognized again in future years (Top 40 Under/Over 40). Employees, Board Members, Judges, or direct Contractors to KCC are not eligible for nomination. Nominees can be self nominated. Judging is based on Nominees involvement over the immediate past 3-5 years.
